Founder’s Journey
My Divine Passions was born from a personal journey of faith, service, and global exposure. As a first-generation college student from urban Atlanta, Annaya's path has always been rooted in community, creativity, and a deep desire to give back.
Early experiences in leadership, wellness, and beauty revealed how self-care , particularly for Black women and underserved communities, is often treated as a luxury rather than a necessity.
This perspective was transformed through international study and service in West Africa, Ghana. Immersed in ancestral traditions, natural healing practices, and community-centered living, the founder gained a deeper understanding of wellness as holistic, spiritual, and generational. These global experiences reshaped her approach to beauty shifting it from appearance to intention, identity, and purpose.
Guided by faith and inspired by culture, My Divine Passions was created as more than a beauty brand. It is a platform for expression, restoration, and impact. Each product reflects a commitment to natural care, intentional living, and honoring God-given beauty, while extending resources and opportunity beyond borders through educational support for the youth.
